Tracey Babb-Morman, MS, LCMHCA Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate

I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate in the state of North Carolina. In addition to providing therapeutic services, I also work as a School Counselor Consultant. I provide therapeutic services to help clients and families with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief/loss, and neglect associated with perinatal, academic, and life transitional support.

I received my Masters Degree in School Counseling from Long Island University in New York.

I have 20 years of experience working with a diverse client population, including children and teenagers. My experience includes individual counseling, family counseling, and group counseling. I have addressed an array of client issues including depression, anxiety, grief/loss, transition stress, illness/disability, developmental concerns, relationship problems, self-esteem, body image, parenting, trauma, and college/career issues.

Counseling includes both the development of a trusting relationship between us and the development of goals and plans for you to accomplish them.  I will encourage, support, and help you devise appropriate steps that will move closer to your goals.  I use well-established and researched methods of therapy including solution-focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, person-centered, and family systems.

I offer an atmosphere of patience, warmth, and unconditional acceptance- with no judgment. You are one step closer to an evolving you where you feel empowered and on a positive path to growth and well-being. If you're looking for extra support and guidance through a challenging situation or you're just ready to move in a new direction in your life, I look forward to working with you to achieve your goals.

Outside of my professional work as a School Counselor Consultant and Therapist, I enjoy being a wife and mother to an adult and a toddler, traveling, and learning new crafts such as gardening and crocheting.
