Job Details: Licensed Mental Health Clinician

Hope Wellness Counseling and Consulting is seeking a full-time contract therapist to join our team in Hillsborough, NC. We are looking for a dynamic clinician with excellent skills and experience who values growth and development and who is looking for a collaborative team environment. We are specifically hiring a clinician who loves working with school age children (ages 5-17). The ideal candidate will specialize in some of the following areas: trauma, depression, anxiety, gender/sexual identity, and neurodiversity.

A Master's degree in an applicable field and a North Carolina State License in good standing are required. This position is open to full and associate-licensed individuals. We will provide referrals, administrative, credentialing, billing services/support, EHR, and office space. 

A Clinician in this role must:

• Be able to maintain their own schedule

• Be available for in-person sessions 

• Be able to adjust your schedule to meet with school age clients 

• Be able to use an electronic record-keeping system (training provided)

• Be able to complete clinical assessments

• Be able to provide psychotherapy services independently

To be considered for this position, applicants must:

• Hold a Master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field

• Hold an active non-restricted license to practice counseling in North Carolina. Provisionally licensed clinicians are welcome to apply. We offer in house supervision for LCSWA. Licensing requirements, including LCSW, LCSWA, LCMHC, LCMHCA, or LMFT.
